Very disappointing. Service tech was very nice but didn’t seem to be knowledgeable re VIKING oven repair. He searched Chat GBT and other sources for info which I could have done on my own. I called Viking who suggested I request another more experienced tech for a second opinion. Trusting I won’t be charged another trip service fee.

Chris is the best. Always on time, thorough, informative and knows what he's doing. Makes sure the job is done correctly the first time and always lets you know what's going on. He has worked on our Viking Kitchen Appliances, as well as the laundry machines. No matter what it is, he's our go to service provider.
