We first used Executive Appliance a few years ago to clean our ice makers. It was so easy to set up an appointment with them. Our service tech, Ryan, came to the house and did a wonderful job. We were lucky enough to have Ryan come back to do the same job again. He explained everything that he was going to do and how long it would take to finish his work. Ryan was so professional, seemed to really enjoy his work. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. I definitely recommend Executive Appliance!

Service is quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Bad customer service, no way to contact accounting for receipts. They don't respond to emails. Having to call a company for a receipt for payment multiple times is uncalled for. EDIT: Third time in 9 months that they have been out for the same exact repairs. Their customer service is worse each time. Invoices are incorrect; quotes are incorrect. Make a payment and then have to beg for a correct receipt in the amount that was actually paid. I wish there was another local company that could service a Viking appliance.

Erik was fantastic. He was professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and with precision. I am referring to the extra care he took adjusting the freezer drawer front panels. He is a very good ambassador for your company and I would give him a raise if I was his boss.

Andy was very very good. But I thought the service call was a bit pricey. He changed the water filter in my Viking Refrigerator too. Diagnostic and Trip Charge was 189+40 and water filter was 110. I
