David was friendly & helpful and fixed my dishwasher. Originally I gave him 5 stars and then he sent me my invoice. Besides the $179 service call (which is higher than most), he added $50 to dry the bottom of my washer pan with my rag. It took him about 20-30 min to fix this issue. Personally, I think that was ridiculous. Please beware of extra charges with this company
