Andy was fine, but the follow up was so bad that I asked for and received a refund. SDG&E had located the leak, which Andy confirmed, but the gas company couldn’t pinpoint and he couldn’t either. Probably requires taking off the side panel, but Andy was certain he knew which part was the problem. I had studied the schematics myself and spoken with Viking so I knew the part was odd—it’s not one the schematics—but thought that as an authorized repair firm, you would know what to do. But the Monday “diagnostic” visit day after day didn’t lead to a part being ordered, so I asked for the refund.
